    Job Description

    Willing to train an applicant wanting to enter the banking industry.  Prior bank experience preferred but related experience in customer service, cash handling and office work is helpful.
    JOB DESCRIPTION: -Accept, verify and process customer transactions. This includes deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and counting coin for customers. -Balance and maintain cash drawer on a daily basis. Respond to inquiries, via phone, e-mail or in person. -Open and close demand deposit, savings and certificate of deposit accounts. Accept and process stop payment requests and holds. -Assist with Bank opening and/or closing procedures. -Process and log deposits/payments from the night deposit box and/or mail. Count and balance any cash in. -Assist customers with safe deposit boxes. Maintain an organized schedule. Be flexible to changes. -Work in cooperation with other employees and management to ensure adequate coverage WORK HOURS: Flexible Monday through Friday with a possible Saturday morning on occasion.
