"Ben Franklin" Sculpture Dedication

Come honor Bill and Sheila Tringe and family as their George Lundeen bronze sculpture "Ben Franklin" is dedicated at the Phelps County Courthouse lawn as a gift to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the county. 

Franklin, the first U.S. Postmaster General, will look to the post office.
