Ben grew up in Randolph, NE attending Randolph Public High School. He graduated from Morningside College in Sioux City, IA with a degree in Business Finance and Economics. Loberg is an active member of the community serving on the Holdrege Chamber Board, Member of the Holdrege Rotary Club, Chair of the PCDC Loans and Incentives Committee. He and his wife, Rebecca, live in Holdrege and have three children, two sons, Barrett (10), Marshall (6) and a daughter, Palmer (8).

Tim Rehm is a licensed Nebraska master barber, having apprenticed under a world champion in the early days of his career. He has been extensively trained in the Roffler Sculpture Kut technique, a freehand razor cutting technique. He also trained under Peter Hantz, a recognized permanent wave artist. He is a past platform artist and educator having trained hundreds of stylists across the midwest.
He established the Cutting Room in 1981 to bring high quality hairstyling to South Central Nebraska. Recently reinventing the business’s approach to the industry, the Barber Studio & Salon was moved to suite 2A on the lower level of the building.

He is a past president of the Holdrege Area Chamber of Commerce; he currently serves as an Elder at his Church, Phelps County Development Corporation board member, and on the board of the Nebraska Board of Barber Examiners.

Jackie A. Ziemke is currently the Marketing Director of ruralMED Management Resources and the Assistant Director of the ruralMED Health Network. Her experience in marketing, time management and communication provides the needed skills to keep all parties and our organization vision on track. When she is not busy wearing multiple hats, Jackie enjoys spending time at the lake with her fishing pole, helping her parents on the farm, learning new crochet stitches, and tinkering with photography.
