We are seeking a full time Production Operator to learn all facets of the ethanol process including: cook, distillation, evaporation, dryers, thermo oxidizer, centrifuges, grain system, and water treatment while keeping accurate and timely records. Responsibilities also including collecting samples and performing necessary tests to ensure consistency and product quality.
 
Summary:

• Full Time (Permanent, Direct-Hire) Production Operator position
• Located in Greater Grand Island NE area
• Mostly all indoor temperature controlled working environment
• 12 hour rotating shifts, Schedule rotation is Days (6am - 6pm) for four weeks then Nights (6pm - 6am) for four weeks
