Production Welder

Job Summary
Production Welder position is a key position in the operations workflow. A Production Welder welds or tack welds metal parts together, using spot welding gun or hand, electric, or gas welding equipment. Use of weld fixtures, proper identification of parts & materials, proper material preparation, and accurate interpretation of prints and instructions are a must.

Essential Job Responsibilities
o Read MO (Manufacturing Orders) to identify, gather, and arrange components.
o Execute MO operations according to print including tack, weld, torch, and clean.
o Complete MO paperwork including quality check and count.
o Review all outgoing products as Quality Check vs print.
o Complete all required paperwork for inventory movement
o Maintain, organize, and clean all paint tools and workflow area
o Safely operate weld machine, torch, grinder, lift, forklift, and pallet jack
