Iron Horse Arts District Announces September Pop-Up Art Gallery Featuring Ryan Ehrenberg
Holdrege, Neb. – The Iron Horse Arts District is excited to announce its September Pop-Up Art Gallery, showcasing the work of Holdrege native and accomplished visual effects artist Ryan Ehrenberg. The exhibit will feature an Artist Reception on Thursday, September 11, at Lost Way Brewery in downtown Holdrege.
Ehrenberg, a 2002 graduate of Holdrege High School, has spent nearly 20 years in the video game industry, creating visual effects for major titles such as the Titanfall series and Apex Legends at Respawn Entertainment. A graduate of the Art Institute of California–Orange County with a degree in animation, Ryan has built an impressive career in digital artistry while also pursuing personal projects as an illustrator. His portfolio spans children’s books, card games, and a variety of creative freelance collaborations.
“Ryan’s story is such a wonderful reminder of the talent that can grow right here in Holdrege,” said Kristine Jacobson, president of the Iron Horse Arts District Board of Directors. “We hope everyone will come out to meet him and enjoy an evening of art and conversation.”
The September Pop-Up Gallery will feature selections from Ehrenberg’s illustration work. Attendees will have the opportunity to view his art up close, learn about his creative process, and celebrate the unique perspective he brings as both a digital effects artist and illustrator.
