LeadWell: A Mindset Leadership Program

The Holdrege Area Chamber of Commerce proudly presents LeadWell, a new leadership development program designed to grow confident, culture-driven leaders in the Holdrege Area.

Powered by BetterCulture's nationally recognized Mindset Leadership Program, this 14-week pilot course gives participants a tour through the minds of great leaders-equipping them with the skills, insight, and confidence to lead well at work and in life.

Cohorts meet in-person over 8 sessions, twice per month

Begins November 2025

Minimal time away from work. (90 minutes with lunch included)

Interactive, discussion-based format

Limited to 10 participants

$500 pilot year tuition (includes materials, meals, and certification)
