LeadWell: A Mindset Leadership Program

This program is a pilot initiative offered at a one-time, early-adopter tuition of $500, covering materials, meals, and certification. The cost will increase significantly in 2026.

Seats are limited to 10 participants, and applications will be reviewed before selection. Deadline for the next session is October 30, 2025!

Expectations

  • Attend all scheduled sessions from November through February and the graduation ceremony in March.
  • Participate in discussion, bring a growth mindset, and show respect for fellow participants and facilitators.
  • Understand this is an interactive, discussion-based cohort experience and not a lecture or passive training.
  • Commit to upholding confidentiality and professionalism throughout the program.
  • Pay the $500 tuition prior to the program start.
  • Share your feedback or testimonial to help shape the program’s future.
