Iron Horse Arts District to Feature Hallie Snyder in June Pop-Up Gallery at Lost Way Brewery

HOLDREGE, NE — The Iron Horse Arts District is excited to announce its June Pop-Up Art Gallery, showcasing the vibrant and thoughtful work of Alma-based artist Hallie Snyder. The public is invited to join us for an opening reception on Thursday, June 12 from 6–7 PM at Lost Way Brewery, where guests can meet the artist, explore Hallie’s unique collection, and enjoy locally crafted beer.

Hallie Snyder is an art educator and multimedia artist who currently has her sights set on murals and illustration. When she isn’t at home with her kids (or usually, during naptime) she is sketching away at her next big project. Hal loves to film her process, uploading her artwork to YouTube and Instagram. More than anything, she loves sharing art with her community. This summer, she has several murals and workshops planned in addition to this gallery show.

As a special addition to the evening, attendees are invited to take part in “Dalas & Drafts,” a hands-on Dala Horse painting event. For a $10 fee, guests can paint their own traditional wooden Dala Horse to take home and display during Midsummer Festival. Proceeds benefit the Iron Horse Arts District and help support our local art programs. Supplies and examples will be provided, and no experience is necessary.

The Pop-Up Art Gallery is open to the public; donations to the Iron Horse Arts District are encouraged. The event is part of the Iron Horse Arts District’s ongoing efforts to highlight regional talent and bring accessible, engaging arts programming to downtown Holdrege.
