Iron Horse Arts District Seeks Professional Photographer(s) for 2025 Iron Horse Arts Festival
HOLDREGE, Neb. — The Iron Horse Arts District is now accepting proposals for photography and videography services for the 2025 Iron Horse Arts Festival, taking place Saturday, August 23 in downtown Holdrege.
We are seeking creative professionals to capture the full energy of the festival, including the Artisan Expo – with arts vendors, demonstrators, and family-friendly programming – and a concert featuring Jaelen Johnston, recent second-place finalist from season 27 of The Voice, on the Flyover Country Stage.
The selected vendor(s) will document the event throughout the day and evening, delivering a gallery of high-quality photos and that can be used for future promotion and storytelling.
Proposals should include:
- Portfolio or sample gallery of event or festival photography
- Equipment list, including low-light and long-lens capabilities
- Indication of whether you are submitting for full-festival or individual events
- Your proposed fee (event or day rate); open-ended, but $1000 or under is preferred for the full-festival
- Estimated turnaround time for photo delivery
Submissions are due by July 11, 2025 and should be sent to info@ironhorsedistrict.org.
